Ditch ventilation
Dig two rows of pits, with a single row pit size of 13000 × 800mm (L × W), and lay a 4 × 40mm flat iron welded grid on top (the pit civil engineering is built by the customer themselves, and we provide drawings)
Front door
One set, 4 large doors, 4000 × 4500mm (W × H), edge wrapped door, filled with EPS material.
Work door
1 fan, 700 × 2000mm (W × H), equipped with mechanical pressure lock.
wall
Four sets of steel reinforcement bars are installed in the middle of the wall, and four sets of steel composite beams are installed at the top.
The wall panel is made of 75mm thick color steel plate with inner and outer δ=0.5mm, socket type, width of 1150mm, and filled with EPS.
lighting
16 sets of upper row lights x 4=64 40W light tubes, equipped with 10 sets of lower row lights x 4=40 36W vertical waist lights, and CE certified electronic rectifiers.
Cabinet equipment
Side inlet air, gutter exhaust. Cabinet square tube frame, outer color steel cover, inner galvanized steel cover.
Supply and exhaust fan base
(2 sets)
Four dual inlet centrifugal fans are equipped for air supply. The model and technical parameters of each single fan are as follows: Model: TAE-710H, Power: 7.5KW, Flow rate: 21000m3/h per unit.
Two dual inlet centrifugal fans are equipped for exhaust, and the model and technical parameters of each fan are as follows: model: WAD-750H, power: 15KW, flow rate: 26000m3/h per unit.

Filtering system
Primary filtration, 600G advanced filtration, glass wool filtration, M-type activated carbon filtration, and single-layer flat drawn glass fiber filtration.
Top plate
Single layer iron sheet bent top plate.
Electric control system
The electronic control system is made of high-quality electrical components certified by CE at home and abroad, including painting, time setting, lighting switches, fault indicator lights, power switches, emergency stop switches, and timers.
